This video is good for learning the phonetic sound of a letter, but I do not like the examples you use. One segment shows that a toy is removed and a character is angry Another segment shows your child that is dark . fear. My 3 year old and my 1 year old, never afraid of the dark and you can play hide and seek with us and can hide in a dark room. After seeing this video, my daughter is trying to imitate the character and he says he is afraid after dark. I failed to show this video to your right away. You can play hide and seek with us again. Get another video for reading and phonics.
My grandson watches this tape over and over again. So I had to see this film with him. 2 years of age. Doen # 39; t make you feel tired of looking though to see again and again and again.. . My grandson was learning the letter sounds.
After reading the reviews I decided to try this product. I#39;m glad I did because my son loves it! I have no problem with these – I do not think that the stories are significant enough to teach anything. You could probably use anything you do not like as a moment of learning (ie, that it was good to do? What could have done instead?) I would look through them first and if you do not like any of the books I think you can exclude without taking too much away from the program. It is usually a good idea to preview any material children first case! I think these books are equivalent to reading Bob books first. They use simple words children can sound out and a few common words site. The videos are short and entertaining enough. My son has asked to see them every day and has been able to read most of the first book. I recommend it!
We just received our LeapFrog Sing-Along Read-Along. My kids seem to like it. I have nothing bad to say that I will write again after a few months to see if you really learn anything with it.
I am such a fan of Leap Frog, in general, and this combination does not disappoint. Comes with 12 short books that match with 12 sketches on the DVD included. We use them separately – the songs are too fast on the DVD to try to read it During my 1 – and 3 years old, but read the book separately and the children remember the movie enough to read several pages for me. We had all of about two weeks, and my son , who just turned 3, and is playing out all kinds of words in his other books. I love how words are introduced in this series. They start with a simple 3-letter word, then the characters are over exchanges of letters to display different sounds. For example, start with the sun, turn it into sub, sub to change the bath tub to change the strip, etc. It#39;s definitely helped my son understand how words come together, and the different sounds each letter makes. Some of the parodies are odd, but my kids do not seem to mind. For example, the sub word is used in several of the sketches, as it is an easy word to three letters. In one scene a character sleeps a lot, and just take a nap with a sub (submarine sandwich). Then, sleep in mud and in a rut, with a puppy and a mistake. A little weird, but again Children are very entertaining throughout the DVD. Generally, it is a great buy, especially if you can find it for sale under [...].
